How to Engage ETC’s Training Services

Process to Engage ETC:

1. Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) and/or Case Manager communicates requirement to ETC.
2. ETC and the Case Manager choose appropriate contract vehicle.
3. ETC provides ROM (rough order of magnitude) estimate and draft Statement of Work (SOW) to the Case Manager.
4. The Case Manager provides SOW to contract vehicle’s contract office.
5. ETC formally provides estimate via the COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative).
6. Upon approval, funds are MIPRed and ETC executes.
