Now Available: Fast & Efficient Sole Source Contracting

ETC is happy to announce that all of ETC’s services are now available via fast & efficient sole source contracting. During all international engagements, ETC tests & evaluates our Engagement System for International Military Students (ESIMS) mobile app, a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)-developed technology, which enables quick & efficient sole source contracting via a SBIR Phase III contract. ETC’s SBIR contracting team has a library of draft Statements of Work (SOWs) / Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and is available to assist Government requirement holders and contracting personnel to easily access this fast and efficient contracting method. Major Additions to Course Offerings

ETC’s largest update is to our Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA)-related offerings which have been greatly increased to meet international demand, particularly in the areas of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Coastal & Maritime Surveillance, Maritime Intelligence, National Maritime Strategy, and Interagency / Interoperability. In updating our logo, we needed something that served several purposes. We wanted something that was 1) bold and memorable, 2) recognizably from the United States, 3) able to convey our worldwide engagements, and 4) fun & relatable to our Partner Nation students and counterparts. We thought this sports team-reminiscent logo successfully accomplished all those goals.
