About ETC International
ETC International conducts training engagements in support of security assistance, building partnership capacity (BPC), and foreign military sales (FMS) projects.
Since 2012, ETC International’s efforts have been led by the same leadership that established the US Navy’s Expeditionary Training Command (ETC) in 2006 and Maritime Civil Affairs & Security Training (MCAST) Command in 2009. As those commands, ETC International’s leadership led more than 150 mobile training team (MTT) missions annually, supporting all Combatant Commanders (COCOM), representing ~80% of the US Navy’s mobile training efforts.
